Our Philosophy

We believe that digital is the most effective tool in improving your customer journey. Consumers have higher standards and are more demanding than ever. Our interactions with them need to be useful, personalised and engaging.

Formally called BKA, Journey has been designing and developing digital platforms for 17 years. We have a diverse team of Producers, UX Designers, Animators, Coders and Testers. Our leadership team heads up Client Services, Operations, Creative and Development.

Our process is designed to deliver your project and hit your objectives. We run creative and technical workshops with you to tailor your solution and align all stakeholders.

We adapt our process to suit the needs of our clients and the projects. We run agile development and waterfall methodologies, both in time & materials or fixed cost. Up front we spend time understanding your audience and defining very specifically your requirements, both creatively and technically. 

 

We then prototype your solution for user testing and stakeholder approvals. This is enables innovation and rapid iterations prior to design and development. By investing in this phase up front we can focus the build on the most effective use of your budget.
