The Challenge :
With more than 20,000 gyms and health clubs across 75 countries, 140,000 Les Mills instructors worldwide and an estimated 8 million participants attending a class each week, Les Mills International are the global, world-leading company in group fitness.
The challenge set to Journey was to re-architect their global website infrastructure. To provide a stable platform with high flexibility and availability. With over a million visits per month, LMI needed a best in class solution.

The outcome :
Journey architected and built a platform that caters for three different audience types, focused on converting visitors to leads.
We continually measure performance through various comprehensive reporting tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar. We analyse conversion funnels and how users are behaving on the websites. This way we can make strategic updates to increase membership sign ups and conversions.
