Our Core Values
Be curious. About the client, the customer, the user, the industry and the future. Ask ‘why’ before you answer ‘how’. Seek to understand motivations. Be a detective, find the truth!
Plan for the best, prepare for the worst. Know your stuff, inside and out. Anticipate change. Organise your work world.
Keep your clothes on, but take your pride off.
Be honest, open and unafraid to have the difficult chat. Enter the danger!
Don’t accept o.k. Don’t be mediocre in your work. Ask - how do we level this up? Challenge yourself, your team mates and our clients to achieve more.
Choose to see the positive and lift up your team mates. Bring the right energy for the right moment. Celebrate progress, big and small.
